In the result of studies made in recently years, it was reported to be plant hormone were given. In the result of studies made in recently years, it reported that jasmonates have inhibitory effects on longitudinal growth, root length growth, tissue culture growth, embryogenesis, seed and polen germination, flower bud formation, carotenoid biosynthesis, chlorophyll formation, photosynthetic activities and promotive effects on differentiation in plant tissue culture, adventitious root formation, breaking seed dormancy, pollen germination, fruit ripening, pericarp and leaf senescene, abscission, stomatal closure, chlorophyll degradation, respiration ethylene biosynthesis and protein biosynthesis. In addition, it was reported that jasmonates make plants more resistant to environmental stress and pathogen attacks. Keywords :
