¹ Batı Akdeniz Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü, Antalya Viewed : 1616 - Downloaded : 1207 In this research, several physical properties of four citrus fruits (Citrus decumana) variety (Valencia orange, Interdonate Lemon, Red blush grapefruit, Satsuma mandarin) grown in the Antalya region were determined. These properties are necessary for the design of equipments for harvesting, processing, transportation, sorting, separating and packing. In this citrus fruits, the average fruit length, diameter, the geometric mean diameter, sphericity index, surface area, fruit mass, volume of fruit, fruit density, bulk density, porosity and projection area in x and y axis and their standard deviation were determined respectively.
