Valencia Late orange fruits were harvested from trees grafted on sour orange rootstock and planted 7 x 7 m and kept at 4 and 6oC and 85-90% relative humidity for 6 months. Changes in weight loss, incidence of fungal and physiological disorders, total soluble solids, juice and juice pH, titratable acidity, green bottom, skin colour L* and hue values were determined during storage at a 30-day interval. According to data, Valencia Late oranges stored better at 4oC. Valencia Late oranges grown in Dörtyol region could be kept at 4oC and 85-90% relative humidity for 4 months and at 6oC and 85-90% RH for 3 months. Valencia Late oranges grown in Samandag region could be kept at 4oC - 6oC and 85-90% relative humidity for 3 months. Keywords : Dörtyol, Samandag,Valencia Late, cold storage
