For this aim, 20 RAPD primers (OP-F), each of which consisted of 10 nucleotid bases, were used. While a total of 125 polymorphic DNA bands were obtained by 16 primers, 40 monomorphic bands were found by 16 primers and no DNA synthesis was materialized by 4 of that. Each of four species was established as different at the DNA level. The rate of the less genetic similarity was found as 21% between Flying Dragon and `Pixie` species while the rate of the most genetic similarity was determined as 56% between `Pixie` (mandarin) and `Navelina` (orange).
