Viewed : 1172 - Downloaded : 450 Isozymes have been used for a long time to reveal the genetic differences between populations, to solve the problems related to taxonomy, and to identify cultivars. This study was conducted to reveal the possibilities of using isozyme polymorphism to show intra-and interspecific variation between different Capsicum species. Experiment results showed that while isozyme analysis is rather not strong enough to reveal the intraspecific variation, it can be used to reveal the interspecific variation. Keywords :
