1 Batı Akdeniz Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü / ANTALYA Viewed : 1413 - Downloaded : 796 Early ripening table grape varieties 'Trakya İlkeren', 'Yalova İncisi' and 'Uslu' has been used as experimental material. For earlier ripening Dormex (effective compounds of hydrogen cyanamide) has been applied as two different doses 2%, 4% and at three different application time, mid December, end of the December and mid January. Hydrogen Cyanamide (H CN ) application was found to effective on 2 2 harvesting time for each cultivar. The grapevine varieties Uslu, Trakya İlkeren and Yalova İncisi ripened 5, 10 and 12 days earlier than control plants, respectively. The pruning was found not important statistical for amount of production, the bunch weight and berry weight, but had positive effect for early ripening in practice. Furthermore in some varieties pruning application time created same differences on acidity and soluble solids of juice. As a pruning time, first pruning was found important for early ripening of each cultivar and as a hydrogen cyanamide application doses, 4% was suitable for Uslu and Trakya İlkeren and for Yalova İncisi both 4% and 2% was found effective for early ripening.
