The usage of T-DNA and the transposan elements taken part in the insertion mutation and their work system in the plants were investigated. In both methods, a wild DNA were firstly inserted into the genome and the wild DNA inserted gene properties known were lost, as a results of this, the the phenotype of its properties were observed. After that, the processes on the gene isolation were carried out. In here, some properties of Ac and Ds from insertion mutation elements were tried to give and compared to the other gene isolation methods. Keywords :
